Step 1:
Understand Your Nervous System
Understanding how your nervous system works is foundational for healing your relationship with food (remember...it's not about food). When you know the ins and outs of how your nervous system affects your behaviors around food and eating, everything starts to make sense. That means, we're going deep into poly vagal theory for all you fellow nerds like me!
Step 2:
Learn How to Feel
Learn exactly how to feel emotions in your body (including suppressed emotions from your past) that are holding you back from your dream relationship with food. When we open our hearts back up and feel safe enough to feel again, food gets to just be food and life starts to have more flow. Not because everything is going "perfect", but because we are willing to feel the reality of being alive.
Step 3:
Heal Your Root Cause
After years of working with clients 1-1, I've identified 8 root causes underneath food struggles. In this step you will clearly identify what your unique root cause(s) is that's driving the food struggle. This is where the magic lies, because when you heal the root cause you don't need to use "food strategies" (like brushing your teeth right after dinner) to manage food anymore.
Step 4:
Remember Body, Mind, Soul Wisdom
At this point, you've healed the underlying roots and now it's time to remember the brilliant wisdom you were born with. I teach you exactly how to know when, what, and how much to eat (without any obsession or controlling). We also dive deep into nutrition wisdom.
